Anthony Grote's interest in photography began in the 90s while studying. It developed further when he purchased his first camera, a Canon T90, while managing game farms and enjoying the wildlife in the Lowveld. A chance encounter with underwater photography took him on a different path and he focused on this for a number of years. Combining all of his passions allowed him to capture the natural beauty of the great outdoors above and below the earths' surface. His deep love and connection with the ocean can be seen throughout his work.
